Battery Exchange gives you the flexibility to extend the terms of your Rugged Laptop battery or PDA coverage for three years. This extended coverage provides you with one replacement battery during the extended term of coverage in the event that the primary battery experiences a failure. This is in addition to the manufactures warranty coverage from date of purchase under the Limited Warranty for the computer. With the Battery Exchange option you can count on having a working battery that aligns with your rugged laptop usage needs.
Battery Exchange is designed to enable businesses and organizations with mobile users to accurately plan their rugged laptop lifecycle costs by incorporating future replacement battery needs in their upfront purchase. This helps to avoid budget/purchase order approval at different points in time and having to address ‘surprise’ (or unplanned) battery expenses.
Battery Exchange is an option available at time of purchase of the rugged laptops, rugged tablets and rugged PDA’s purchased from Tough Corp with a Limited Warranty period greater than one year. You can only receive one battery replacement during the period of extended battery coverage and the coverage ends after you receive a replacement battery.
